Hi, I’m Sarah. I worked on the Medical Team at Canyon Ranch, and spent decades studying and teaching The Brennan Healing Science, Neuroscience, Ancient Wisdom & Creativity. I also trained as an Actress, Wrote & Directed a Play, and hosted a podcast. One of my passions is to voice information on Humaneness & Soul-through Science, Stories & humor. Laughter creates softens...a moment of pause.
