Hi, I’m Sarah. I worked on the Medical Team at Canyon Ranch, and was fortunate to spend 16 years studying Healing Sciences, Neuroscience and Creativity. I also trained as an Actress, Wrote & Directed a Play, and hosted a podcast. One of my passions is to voice incredible knowledge and practical tools for Self Healing & Humaneness- understanding the Science behind who you are - to live fully a life that feels like you.
