Hi, I’m Sarah.

I worked on the Medical Team at Canyon Ranch and spent decades studying & teaching The Brennan Healing Science, Neuroscience & Ancient Wisdom.

I’m also an actress, wrote and directed a play and a sitcom, worked on HBO’s And Just Like That… Seasons 1 & 2, and later hosted a podcast.

One of my greatest passions is the human connection: transmitting, performing, investigating & speaking live with people...especially strangers!

 

I discovered The Science Awe.

Actually, I experienced it first. And then I started researching it.

Researcher & author Dacher Keltner, at UC Berkeley’s Greater Good Science Center, has written brilliantly about the science of Awe and its effects on our bodies, minds, and relationships. Indeed, it opens a higher sense of perception.

Awe stretches the capacity to receive.

It pull us out of ourselves and toward others.

Toward wonder.

Toward love.

Toward joy. Perhaps toward something we have been missing within ourselves.

Toward surrender — not as giving up, but as a skill.
